PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive manufacturing method which does not require explosionproof facilities by using a water solvent and is a method of manufacturing dielectric ceramic raw material powder which is dispersed uniformly with additive elements in a dielectric ceramic basic raw material powder by suppressing the intrusion of impurities. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the dielectric ceramic raw material powder formed by sticking a compounds of a metal element to the surface of the dielectric ceramic basic composition powder has (1) process step of forming a slurry by dispersing the dielectric ceramic basic raw material powder into water, (2) a process step of adding a pH buffer, a solution containing the metal element and a settling agent for forming precipitate by reaction with the metal element to the slurry under stirring (provided that the addition of the pH buffer is required to be performed before both of the solution containing the metal element and the settling agent are added) and (3) a process step of cleaning the slurry, then drying the slurry. |
