PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectric composite substrate capable of being configured by setting a mutual position relation between wiring for an electric signal and a waveguide for an optical signal with high accuracy, and to provide a manufacturing method suitable to manufacture the optoelectric composite substrate. SOLUTION: The waveguide for an optical signal to be formed and groove parts 22 having the same pattern are formed at prescribed positions of a substrate 21 having the wire for an electric signal with end milling, recessed parts 24 are formed by filling a clad layer component 23a into the groove parts 22, a core layer component 26a is then filled into the recessed parts 24, and in addition, a coating film 26b of the clad layer component is provided on the core layer component 26a to form a waveguide 28 for an optical signal. |
