PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture foam without using a gluing method with a skin layer having cushioning properties. SOLUTION: A plurality of sheet matters comprising a blowing agent, a crosslinking agent, a polyolefin resin and an inorganic filler are piled and heated to expand in a mold. The surfacial sheet matter is caused not to contain a blowing agent and to contain, as required, an inorganic filler thereby to give a flexible foam with a sturdy skin layer. This foam can be employed as a cushioning flooring as it is or after sliced to half thickness. |
