摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo valve system preventing easy change of controlled variables of a control object even when one control system fails. SOLUTION: Failure detectors 8A, 8B and 8C are provided for detecting respective failures of a plurality of servo control systems 1A, 1B and 1C controlling a servo valve 2 on the basis of controlled variables of the control object 3. Each of the servo control systems 1A, 1B and 1C includes a controlled variable detector detecting the controlled variables YA, YB and YC of the control object 3, servo amplifiers 12A, 12B and 12C feeding power to the servo valve 2 in response to a deviation between the controlled variables YA, YB and YC and a predetermined target value U, and cutoff switches 7A, 7B and 7C interposed between the servo amplifiers 12A, 12B and 12C and the servo valve 2. When a failure of one servo control system of the plurality of servo control systems 1A, 1B and 1C is detected, one of the cutoff switches 7A, 7B and 7C included in the one servo control system cuts off power fed to the servo valve 2.
