SIMPLIFIED WATER QUALITY ANALYZER FOR PHENOLS BY APPLYING ENZYME REACTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified water quality analyzer by which everybody can analyze the concentration of phenols simply and safely without using a special implement by using a reaction mixed reagent applying an enzyme. SOLUTION: An enzyme mixed reagent (1) is sealed in an elastic container (2) at least a part of which is transparent or semitransparent, the container is pulled out in advance from a line during its use, test water to which a 1%- hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is added so as to be stirred is sucked, the test water is reacted with the reagent (1), the test water is color-compared with a standard color chart after a designated time, and the density of the phenols is measured.
