PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streaming electrification field evaluation system capable of evaluating the field more accurately and precisely, wherein the lower limit of field measurement may be still lower even when the electrode for a laser beam to penetrate through is short. SOLUTION: The system has a field measuring section 33 for measuring the field by utilizing the electrooptic conversion effect, a laser source 30 for exciting a laser beam to be projected into the section 33, and a laser beam path 40 arranged on both sides of the section 33 for enabling the laser beam to travel back and forth several times in the section 33 without experiencing interference.
