PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that it takes a long charging time since the energization of flyback transformers only for charging is performed by a battery voltage; a plurality of flyback transformers of which the charging completion timings are shifted from each other are required when a plurality of times of injections are performed in one cycle; and energy loss and heat generation are large, since the discharge is spontaneous discharge by using a discharge coil. SOLUTION: First and second flyback transformers 44, 45 are driven by a boosted high voltage to shorten the charging time. During discharge of either of the first and second flyback transformers 44, 45, the charging operation of the other of the first and second flyback transformers 44, 45 is started to shorten an interval from the start of discharge to the completion of charge. The short time charge and short interval charge allow the plurality of injections in one cycle. Electric energy is efficiently recovered to a direct-current power source 40 by the first and second flyback transformers 44, 45 to suppress the heat generation.
