PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally suppress each behavior (bouncing, rolling and pitching) of a vehicle body by a simple composition. SOLUTION: The vehicular suspension device is provided with suspending hydraulic cylinders 11-14 each respectively attached in correspondence to each front and rear right and left wheel and having single ports 11a-14a, and a plurality of behavior suppressing means (a bouncing suppressor 20, a rolling suppressor 30 and a pitching suppressor 40) respectively connected to the ports 11a-14a of the suspending hydraulic cylinder 11-14 via piping P1-P4 and suppressing operation of each suspending hydraulic cylinder 11-14. In each behavior suppressing means (the suppressors 20, 30 and 40), characteristics of each spring element (an accumulator 25 and coil springs 36 and 46) and each damping element (a variable restrictor 26 and shock absorbers 37 and 47) can be set separately and individually.
