PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition having excellent photoresponse, and providing a cured product having excellent flexibility, adhesion, pencil hardness, solvent resistance, acid resistance, heat resistance, resistance to gold plating or the like. SOLUTION: This urethanized epoxy carboxylate compound (E) soluble in an aqueous alkali solution is obtained by reacting the following compound (A) with the following compounds (B), (C) and (D): compound (A): an epoxy carboxylate compound obtained by reacting (a) an epoxy compound having two epoxy groups in the molecule with (b) a monocarboxylic acid compound having an ethylenic double bond in the molecule; compound (B): a carboxylic acid compound having two hydroxy groups in the molecule; compound (C): a diisocyanate compound; and compound (D): a rubber compound having two hydroxy groups in the molesule. |
