<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid seal mechanism and a sealing member which prevents a liquid leak even if a creep is generated in coupling threaded parts and eliminates any liquid sump in a fluid passage. SOLUTION: The seal mechanism is to prevent a fluid from leaking at the threaded parts of two members 2 and 3 to be connected together by their threads and is furnished with a storage part 24 formed at the inside surface 23 of a hole, having a greater diameter than the hole and having a desired axial direction length and the cylindrical sealing member 10 having a greater axial direction length than the storage part, wherein the sealing member 10 is formed from fluororesin and is deformed in compression at least 5% in the axial direction when the two members are connected together by thread engagement.</p> |
