PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid portioning apparatus by which the whole amount of urine is sampled simply irrespective of the sex, the physique and the age of a user and without forcing an unreasonable posture, and by which the urine is portioned and analyzed at a uniform rate. SOLUTION: A toilet seat box 3 is placed on the surface of a toilet stool 1. The box 3 comprises a urine sampling device, and a bowl-shaped urine receiver 12 is installed in such a way that a part near the upper edge of a stool bowl 2 can be moved in the front and rear direction in the inside region of a toilet seat 8. The urine inside the urine receiver 12 is portioned into a sampling bottle 72 by the urine portioning apparatus 57. The urine component of the portioned urine is analyzed in a sensor part 81.
