PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hot-water supply device surely performing ignition, even if a temperature in an environment placing the hot-water supply device is lowered to below a reference temperature. SOLUTION: This device has a solenoid valve unit 26 having a proportional valve 24 connected to main valves 25 and 25 in series from an upstream side on a gas supply side and using a rubber or resin diaphragm 24a for a seal in a movable part for controlling passing gas flow rate and one or more selector valves 21 to 23 connected to the proportional valve 24 in series and connected in parallel each other, a gas burner 14 for burning gas supplied via the solenoid valve unit 26, and a control device 56 provided with a negative pressure processing means for opening one of the selector valves 21 to 23 for short time every time an outside air temperature detected by a temperature sensor 61 for measuring the outside air temperature drops to a specified small temperature in a low temperature region and equalizing pressure in the proportional valve 24 with atmospheric pressure.
