REINFORCED HOT FUSION ATTACHMENT PIPE FITTING OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the root of a pipe fitting made of synthetic resin from breakage when a synthetic resin pipe is jointed with by thermally fusion-bonding. SOLUTION: In a thermally fusion-bonding process of the synthetic resin pipe with the pipe fitting made of synthetic resin, a reinforcement pipe having outside diameter identical to the inside diameter of the synthetic resin pipe is previously inserted into the tip of the synthetic resin pipe. The reinforcement pipe is furnished at its tip end with a diameter expanding flange part abutting to the tip of the synthetic resin pipe so as to specify the position of the reinforcement pipe when it is inserted from the tip of the synthetic resin pipe.
