METHOD FOR FORMING CLOTH PRODUCT HAVING SURFACE THERMOFORMED PART FROM FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply good pleating to a fabric in a method for cutting out clothing without substantially carrying out sewing from a multiple fabric. SOLUTION: A multiple woven fabric 10 composed of many layers is formed and either one layer 12 of the woven fabric is formed as a front body and the other layer 14 is formed as a rear body and the upper and lower layers 12 and 14 are bound along the outline 18 of clothing. The woven fabric is cut so that at least part of binding parts is left along the outline 18 to form clothing in which the opposed sides are connected by the binding part. The woven fabric is formed as a layer in which the upper and lower layers are bound at dispersed points along the whole face and the point bound parts 25 are each composed of a water-soluble yarn to form a pseudo single woven fabric. Pleating treatment is applied to the woven fabric 10 by a pleating machine in a state of the pseudo single woven fabric. The water-soluble yarn is dissolved in water and removed by immersing the woven fabric into water to provide the original multilayered woven fabric.
