PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for excising a tape which improves a dusting tool using a multi-roll adhesive tape by facilitating to turn up the tape and allowing to finish from turning-up to excising at a time, and a tape excising blade. SOLUTION: The method comprises (A) substantially enlarging a tape turning-up area, (B) removing an adhesive area from the tape turning-up area so that the tape turning-up may be free from obstructing by the adhesive area, (C) facilitating to turn up the tape by making the turning-up area once stand up, and (D) setting a cutting chip only at the side end of the tape to prevent 2 to 3 piles of turning-up.
