PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly device for a door inner panel narrowing an occupying space, constructing a low cost line, and having high production efficiency. SOLUTION: Four jigs are disposed along the circumferential direction in a rotating support 3 which is intermittently rotated. A first work station 1st where a door inner panel is fit to the jig and a lean forcement is set in the door inner panel; a second work station 2st where the lean forcement is temporarily spot welded; a third work station 3st where a side collision protecting beam 7 is set in the door inner panel and temporarily spot welded; and a fourth work station 4st where the lean forcement and the side collision protecting beam are additionally spot welded and after that, the door inner panel 5 is removed from the jig 4 are disposed in the circumference of the rotating support 3. By intermittent driving of the rotating support 3, the door inner panel supported in each jig 4 is fed in order to each work station.
