PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror and a tile product with a new design property. SOLUTION: A light emitting mirror M is constituted such that a silver mirror film 2 is formed on the back of a light guiding plate 1, a part of the silver mirror film 2 is removed and rough surface processing is applied on the light guiding plate 1 to form a pattern region 3, and a light source 4, such as LED, is situated on the lateral end face of the light guiding plate 1. The rough surface processing is formed by a sand blast process and the height size of an unevenness 3a is set to approximately 0.8 mm. When a light source M does not emit light, the pattern of the pattern region 3 is unclear. When the light source M is lighted and light is projected to an internal part through the lateral end face, since projection light L is scattered due to the unevenness 3a formed in the light guiding plate 1, a pattern formed at the pattern region 3 clearly rises to a surface. This constitution enables provision of a product excellent in beauty and high in a commercial value.
