PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film excellent in stretch-wrap packaging ability and optical characteristics. SOLUTION: The stretch-wrap packaging film comprises a resin composition which contains (A) an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer or an ionomer thereof and (B) at least one kind of a flexible component selected from the group consisting of an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (B1), an ethylene/α-olefin radom copolymer with a density of 0.900 to 0.950 g/cm<3> (B2), and an amorphous or low crystalline ethylene/α-olefin random copolymer with a density of 0.850 to 0.900 g/cm<3> (B3).
