PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of poor operability of a closed-loop handle generally attached to a door of a refrigerator or the like, by fixing both edges of a grip portion to the door, for opening/closing the door, the problem being caused by opening/closing operation of the door of the refrigerator, for instance, during cooking, whereby the user needs to wash hands whenever he or she opens/closes the door. SOLUTION: There is provided an auxiliary handle which is made of a flexible material and formed by fixing an attaching piece 2 to the door 1 by means of a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 4 and folding an engaging piece from one end toward the other end of the attaching piece 2. The engaging piece 3 is opened toward a tip 5 thereof and forms a gap 6 to such an extent that the wrist 10 of the horizontally placed arm of the user can be inserted into the gap. The auxiliary handle can be easily attached to the door in addition to an existing handle, and facilities opening operation of the door. |
