PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variously assemble bicycle components with a frame. SOLUTION: This shim 24 for the bicycle components includes a shim part 50 and a grip part 52 and is used for mounting the bicycle components on the bicycle frame. The shim part 50 is provided with a first shim part 54 and a second shim part 56 connected to the first shim part 54. The first shim part 54 is provided with a first free end 55, the second shim part 56 is provided with a second free end 57 spaced some distance apart from the first free end 55, and a bolt opening part 58 with opened end is formed between the both shim parts. The shim part 50 has a prescribed thickness in the axial direction of the bolt opening part 58. The grip part 52 is outward extended from the shim part 50.
