PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ON-OFF timer device facilitating the setting of ON time and OFF time. SOLUTION: The timer device 1 is connected to a personal computer 12 and inputs and stores ON time data and OFF time data inputted by a ten-key pad, in a table of specified form displayed on a screen. The time clocked by a built-in timer is collated with the ON time data or OFF time data, and an ON signal or an OFF signal is outputted from a signal output circuit 5 on the basis of the collated result. Because of only inputting into the table of prescribed form displayed on the screen of the personal computer 12, by the ten-key pad, setting of ON time and OFF time is facilitated, and the set contents can be accurately changed. The ON signal or OFF signal can be preferentially outputted on the basis of a detection signal of a human body sensor 7 or the like.
