PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist watch case of unique structure with threedimensional effect giving novel design as an accessory while having excellent waterproofness and allowed to be a skeleton type with simple hollow suspension support structure. SOLUTION: A watch movement is enclosed almost at the center part inside a watch case body formed in approximately hollow cylindrical shape or hollow polygonal shape using a transparent hard material with the inner and outer surfaces polished in mirror finished surfaces, and an inner frame body connecting member for enclosing, holding and fixing the watch movement is enclosed at the center of the cylinder. A cover body provided at a connection part to the inner frame body connecting member is arranged on at least one side of both end opening parts of the watch case body. Both end opening parts of the watch case body are covered with the cover bodies, and both cover bodies are integrally connected and fixed to the respective end parts of the inner frame body connecting member.
