PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a plurality of fraction components to be collected and heighten a recovery rate in on-line fractionation using trap columns. SOLUTION: Peak detection is performed on an eluate from a column 14 by a detector 16 or a mass spectrometer 18. When the peak of a desired component to be collected is detected, change-over valves 24 and 38 are switched so as to select any one of channels 26-2 to 26-n of the same trap columns 28, and the component is collected by the trap columns 28 while being diluted by a diluent. By sequentially switching and feeding a movable-phase solvent for desorption to the channels 26-2 to 26-n of the specific trap columns 28 at the completion of fractionation and analysis, the fraction components each collected by the trap columns 28 of the channels 26-2 to 26-n are desorbed and collected by separate collecting containers by a fraction collector 30.
