PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a second transmission pawl with an excellent yield in a fluid transmission gear with a lock-up clutch and to realize the remarkable reduction of a cost by allowing its application to the fluid transmission gears whose the specifications are different in common. SOLUTION: A plurality of first transmission pawls 33 inserted between adjoining damper springs 32 are mounted on a clutch piston 25. A plurality of second transmission pawls 34 inserted between damper springs 32 opposing and adjoining to the first transmission pawls 33 are mounted on a turbine wheel 3. The plurality of second transmission pawls 34 are respectively isolated and welded on a turbine wheel 4.
