PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement binding machine capable of surely preventing a worker from being injured in the hand caught between a pair of curved members of a binding operation part. SOLUTION: This reinforcement binding machine comprises the binding operation part 3 for binding a plurality of reinforcements with binding wire installed at one end part thereof and a body 1 incorporating a drive mechanism 6 for driving the binding operation part 3. A cover member 25 shielding the binding operation part 3 when not in use and exposing the binding operation part 3 when in use is installed on the body 1, whereby the worker is surely prevented from being injured in the hand caught between the pair of curved members of the binding operation part.
