PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for eliminating noises of a waterway fishway head part constructed by concrete as a construction method capable of coping even with a change in a site condition. SOLUTION: A work having a relatively narrow waterway width is constructed as a bypass by taking into consideration natural lighting under side wall back face banking without changing a waterway inside width cross section. A work other than that is constructed as the same structure by both side walls. The side wall inside surface is formed as a recess-projection decorative rough surface, and is integrally formed as a construction means with a still water pond so as to obtain a resonant noise eliminating and sound absorbing effect.
