PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curing resin composition capable of forming a hydrophilic film having both hydrophilic and water resistant properties on the surface of various products having a cured film which is formed by irradiating an ultraviolet ray on the photo-curing resin composition, in more detail, a photo- curing resin composition capable of forming a hydrophilic film on the surface of various products by irradiating an active energy ray such as ultraviolet ray, and a product having a cured film which is formed by irradiating an ultraviolet ray on the photo-curing resin composition. SOLUTION: This photo-curing resin composition contains a polymer having an N-vinyl amide unit, a photopolymerization initiator, and a non-radical polymerising crosslinking agent. This product is prepared by irradiating an ultraviolet ray on the photo-curing resin composition.
