PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new amphiphilic substance having a perfluoroalkyl group. SOLUTION: This amphiphilic substance is a styrene oligomer-polyethylene oxide copolymer having a perfluoroalkyl group and expressed by formulae (1) [wherein, Rf is a perfluoroalkyl group; (n) is 2-10 integer; and (m) is 1-50 integer] and (2) [wherein, Rf is a perfluoroalkyl group; R<1> is a single CH3 , or a mixed group of CH3 with H and/or C2 H5 ; R<2> is H or CH3 ; (n) is 15-100 integer; (l) and (m) are each a positive integer; and (l+m)/n is in 0.1-10 range].
