PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by remarkably improving a success rate of automatic paper tube replacement during winding and reducing deterioration of operability due to oil agent scatter in a winding or working process. SOLUTION: A paper tube for fiber has a paper tube surface composed of two or more different materials and at least one material has an oil absorbing property, and has no thread take-up groove in a paper tube section direction.
