PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a bead part. SOLUTION: A bead reinforcing layer 9 is arranged in the bead part 4. The bead reinforcing layer 9 has an outer raised portion 9b extending radially inward and outward along a turnup portion 6b and a body portion 6a of a carcass ply 6A. A steel cord 10 of the bead reinforcing layer 9 has a (1×n) structure using a steel strand F and satisfies the following expression (1): S=(d<2>×n)/(L 1×L2), where L1 is a first diameter as a maximum diameter of the steel cord, L2 is a second diameter perpendicular to the first diameter, and d is a diameter of the strand.
