PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording material having a high coloring density, being excellent in the light-resistance of an image in storage and causing little image blurring and foam clouding. SOLUTION: The thermal recording material contains a diazonium salt compound expressed by general formula (1) and a coupler compound expressed by general formula (2). The mol ratio of the coupler compound expressed by general formula (2) to the diazonium salt compound expressed by general formula (1) is 1-3. |
