PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording sheet wherein a reversible thermal recording composition and a photothermal conversion agent are made to exist in a state of being proximate to each other and which enables execution of effective reversible recording even in writing by a low-power laser light and enables stable reversible recording of information, and an information recording medium using the same. SOLUTION: A reversible thermal recording layer containing at least the reversible thermal recording composition and the photothermal conversion agent converting a light energy obtained by irradiation of light into a heat energy, and a protective layer to be an outermost layer, at least, are provided on a substrate. |
