PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil solidifier that solidifies soil in a pH range not detrimental to the growth of plants and can give solidified soil having water resistance. SOLUTION: Hemihydrate gypsum is used to solidify soil in a pH range not detrimental to the growth of plants. In order to improve the water resistance, 2-50 pts.wt. at least one member selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid and/or a salt thereof, a carbonate, and polyacrylic acid and/or a salt thereof is added. These reagents form insoluble salts with calcium ions eluted from hemihydrate gypsum. |
