PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can collect a developer on an intermediate transfer body with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A 2nd cleaner 38 equipped with a 2nd cleaning roller 40 for collecting a toner on an intermediate transfer belt 26 is so constituted that only the 2nd cleaning roller 40 is made to contact or leave the intermediate transfer belt 26 and a 2nd cleaning box 39, a 2nd removing roller 41, and a waste toner storage part 43 are fixed. Consequently, only the 2nd cleaning roller 40 is made to contact or leave the intermediate transfer belt 26, so the toner on the intermediate transfer belt 26 can securely be collected with the simple constitution and the cost is reducible by simplifying the device constitution.
