PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker gasket to be used for various acoustic equipments and a transporting method of the speaker gasket, which are improved in loading efficiency. SOLUTION: This speaker gasket 8 comprises a groove 9, whereby the speaker gasket 8 is foldable. Accordingly, the loading efficiency in the transport separate from a speaker is improved to contribute to a reduction in physical distribution cost such as transport cost or stock cost.
