PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling agent for gardening implements like a fence, a wing hedge, and a Shiorido (a simple hinged door made by weaving wood or bamboo), which can prevent fouling of the gardening implements like the fence, the wing hedge, and the small garden door, formed of a synthetic resin, aluminum, bamboo, steel, or the like. SOLUTION: Photocatalytic titanium oxide (2) is applied to a member main body (1) of each gardening implement in order to prevent fouling of the same.
