PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor decorative material having a satisfactory joint line, allowing a surface material such as a tile to be fitted to a resin mat without shifting from the center of the resin mat by bonding. SOLUTION: In this floor decorative material 1, the surface material 3 is fixed on the resin mat 2. A recessed part 21 (or a projecting part) is formed on the surface side 20 of the resin mat 2, and a projecting part 31 (or a recessed part) is formed on the back side 30 of the surface material 3. When the recessed part 21 (or the projecting part) of the resin mat 2 and the projecting part 31 (or the recessed part) of the surface material 3 fit to each other, the recessed part 21 and the projecting part 31 engaged with each other so that the resin mat 2 and the surface material 3 do not turn.
