PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform construction and finishing work of SUKIYA- style roofing to the roof surface with a long fancy hollow roll on a roof surface of a building or the flat part of an outer wall surface. SOLUTION: In both sides of a goose-neck hook suspension base plate 10, angle adjusting bent-up parts 14, downward inclined bite pieces 15, and the upper side of a roof surface, a gap with the cross roofing 5 is produced by a hook suspension bent-down piece 11, fancy hollow roll roll-in layers 24 upward engaging pieces 15 are fitted to the hook suspension bite pieces, the fancy hollow roll is pressed from above, and two upper and lower stages of the roof surface are held by both hands. Whereupon, the roofing can be engaged in an instant so that even a non-professional person can finish roofing quickly and with beauty and good appearance.
