PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent energization to the device by mistake even if short circuit is generated at a part of a power circuit and to easily detect a short circuit and a break by making use of a relay set to be off separately while current supply to the device is intercepted by a relay, in the case that relays are used for switching on/off a main conduction path from an electric charge storage device of a vehicle to a fuel heating device, a catalyst heating device and an electric pump. SOLUTION: When the relay is switched off, a grounding means is provided to ground a part closer to an electricity consumption device side than a relay of the main conduction path. When two relays are serially provided, a grounding means is provided to a relay closer to the electricity consumption device to monitor the voltage level of the main conduction path.
