PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a structure of breakage-releasing part for expansion development of an airbag arranged on interior panels (hereafter referred to as a surface panel) including an instrument panel cover to be broken on an occasion of an airbag expansion development. SOLUTION: In an airbag equipment for automobile forming a breakage- releasing part 30 with an outline part 40 in a square shape so large as required for expansion development of the airbag 13 by a breakage groove 30a formed by laser beam machining emitted from the back face side of the surface panel 11 and having a structure of the breakage-releasing part 30 that each front and back breakage-releasing covers 31 and 32 opens to opposite directions from the separation breakage groove 30b formed along the longitudinal direction by an expansion development of the airbag, the separation breakage groove 30b is formed so that its left and right end parts for crossing the left and right breakage grooves 30a of the outline part 40 are positioned so that respective terminal end 30f, 30f end at positions beyond the left and right outline parts 40. |
