PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED (light emitting diode) module which is miniaturized and whose productivity is high and an LED display device. SOLUTION: This LED module with a microcomputer is provided with a printed circuit board 2, an LED lamp 3 which is mounted on the surface of the printed circuit board 2 and a microcomputer chip 4 which is mounted on the back of the printed circuit board 2 and has the built-in drive circuit of the LED lamp 3 to thereby control the lighting of the LED lamp 3. Then, the substrate for the drive circuit becomes unnecessary by incorporating the drive circuit driving the lamp 3 into the microcomputer chip 4 and, as a result, the LED module is miniaturized. |
