PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an appealing effect while beautifully and stably installing banners and the like by using a clothes drying pedestal which is purchasable at hand and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: A flagpole supporter comprising two curved cylindrical pipes 1 and 1 and a connecting member 2 suspended between the two cylindrical pipes 1 and 1 is used as the flagpole supporter to be inserted and used to the clothes drying pedestal D having fitting holes permitting the vertical installation of at least two columns on the top surface side and is so formed that two banners or the like F1 and F2 can be beautifully erected approximately to a V shape on a piece of the clothes drying pedestals 1 and 1.
