PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-fluid heat exchanger 10 constituted to exchange heat between a first fluid E and a second fluid A and between the first fluid E and a third fluid F respectively with simple constitution, and also constituted to be easily downsized. SOLUTION: A plurality of first plates 14, and a second plate 15 and a third plate 16 arranged on both outer sides are stacked by jointing the outer peripheral parts 17 of the respective plates 14, 15, 16 between the mutually adjacent plates. A first passage 11 where the first fluid E flows is formed between a plurality of first plates 14. A second passage 12 where the second fluid A flows is formed between the first plate 14 and the second plate 15. A third passage 13 where the third fluid F flows is formed between the first plate 14 and the third plate 16.
