PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporation fuel treatment device for purging evaporation fuel into an intake passage of an internal combustion engine capable of limiting purge when a situation in which the number of idle revolutions is changed occurs to maintain an operation condition of the internal combustion engine stably. SOLUTION: A canister 22, a purge passage 26, and a purge VSV 28 for purging evaporation fuel into the intake passage 32 of the internal combustion engine 30 are provided. The number of revolutions of the engine of the fluctuation of load when performing an idle operation is detected. When the number of revolutions of the engine or the fluctuation of load is detected, a maximum purge rate PGRMX is restricted to a value smaller than an ordinary value.
