PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply a pressure receiving plate used for a reinforcing pile even to a drain pipe without causing the difficulty of work. SOLUTION: A pipe body 9 having the prescribed length is formed to be driven or inserted in a reinforcing object earth surface. A plurality of drain holes 12 for communicating with the inside are formed in a peripheral surface of this pipe body. An earth pressure receiving plate 15 for contacting with a surface of the reinforcing object earth surface is fitted in an exposure part of the pipe body 9 driven or inserted in the reinforcing object earth surface, and this earth pressure receiving plate 15 is fixed by a fastener 17 for engaging with the drain holes 12 or a locking hole 13 formed in the pipe body 9.
