PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utility factor and efficiency of a charging and packaging work for a packaged item and further improve a yield of material by contributing sufficiently a relative connected part between the laminated films to a packaging bag manufacturing work, applying a superior air-tightness and liquid-tightness to the connected part in itself and also applying a tensile strength required for the laminated film to the connected part. SOLUTION: End parts of each of laminated films 3, 4 having a thermoplastic extension base film layer and a sealant layer are connected to each other and their relative displacement in forwarding or retraction enables end parts 3a, 4a of each of the laminated films 3, 4 to be inserted and at the same time there are provided a pair of tables 1, 2 for holding them. Upper and lower two sealers 5, 6 are installed in one table 2 at the opposing parts of both tables 1, 2. In addition there is provided an insertion member to be inserted between both tables to set positions of molten cut seal parts of both laminated films 3, 4 against the lower sealer 6.
