摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for a diesel engine that can closely, compatibly implement the stabilization of a combustion state as well as the qualitative improvement of exhaust characteristic, even under a condition where intake pressure transitionally fluctuates. SOLUTION: An ECU 90 totally controlling the operation of an engine 1 calculates an estimate value of present intake manifold inner pressure based on an engine speed or a latest value of a total fuel injection value, regardless of fluctuations of the inner pressure of the intake manifold 30a (intake manifold inner pressure) according to the transitional change of the operational state of the engine 1 such as at a time of operating a turbocharger 50. Next, a difference between intake manifold inner pressure obtained based on a detection signal of an intake manifold inner pressure sensor 71 and estimated intake manifold inner pressure is obtained, and then the timing of performing pilot injection is corrected based on the difference.
