PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation including ephippium free from deformation, damage or the like, excellent in shape-holding property and handle ability, ingestable and having preventing action to skin aging and chapping, early therapeutic action to disease of the skin, hair growth, trichogenous effect, hair falling preventing action and reducing or erasing effect to the active oxygen formed in the body. SOLUTION: The invention includes the tablet including the ephippium as an active ingredient, and a method of producing the tablet including the ephippium comprising a step (i) granulating a material mixture comprising the ephippium and a vehicle into a grain; a step (ii) forming the tablet by tabletting the grain obtained in the step (i); a step (iii) subjecting the tablet obtained in the step (ii) to a protective coating. |
