PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small medium carrier capable of continuously executing a carrying process of a large number of media, and freely changing a carrying direction of the medium. SOLUTION: This carrier has a medium reception part comprising a first carrying path carrying the medium, a second carrying path rotated at a prescribed angle with a direction crossing the medium carrying direction of the first carrying path as an axis, a plurality of first shafts between the first and second carrying paths disposed parallel to a medium carrying plane perpendicularly to the medium carrying direction of the first carrying path, and pulleys provided on the respective first shafts; a medium discharge part comprising a plurality of second shafts disposed parallel to the medium carrying plane perpendicularly to the medium carrying direction of the second carrying path, and pulleys provided on the respective second shafts; and a medium rotation part with a carrying path wherein the medium turns at a prescribed angle with moving the medium between a pair of endless belts, wherein the twisted endless belts are wound between the pulleys provided on the first and second shafts, wherein the endless belts are abutted on each other in the longitudinal direction to be integrated, and wherein the pulleys provided on the first and second shafts are disposed such that the other endless belt is pushed in the pulleys. |
