PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop type smoke exhaustion window sash capable of solving such the fact that a prefabricated built-up house smoke exhaustion window sash is not dropped in grooves opposed to each other of a pair of channels as columns of a building when the sash is integrated in the building. SOLUTION: The smoke exhaustion window sash 1 includes an outside frame 10 fixed to the building, a window inside frame 11 supported around a spindle 12 by the outside frame 10 in a vibratingly openable manner, an expansion energizing arm 13 including an energizing means for opening and energizing the inside frame 11 and leading the vibration of the inside frame 11 in the plane vertical to the spindle 12 of the inside frame 11 and a lock section 17 holding by closing the inside frame 11. The outside frame 10 is dropped in between a pair of the channels opened by opposing to each other in the built-up house to fix. The expandable energizing arm 13 and the lock section 17 are arranged between opposite sides 44 and 36 of the inside frame 11 and the outside frame 10 and are housed within the range of outer dimensions when the inside frame 11 is closed, they do not encounter with interfere when the window sash is dropped in, and it can be applied to more extensive buildings.
